Praying for the Body of Christ

Ephesians 4:12-13

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:

Father,

I come before you to remind you of the body of Christ here in France.  Father, your Church has a purpose here on this earth and I am afraid that we have become comfortable coming together and we are  too content.  Keep us actively pursuing your plan.  Lord, I pray that as believers we will desire to live Your Word before others not just for salvation, but for the edification of your body.  Keep us united in the faith and in the knowledge of your Son.  One day you will come an take your bride home and until then I pray that we will remain faithful and true to Your Word, and Way.  I pray all these things in the name of Jesus, the head of the Church.  Amen
