"Revolutionize Paris" is an evangelism outreach put on by CIJEM and Jeunesse Pour Christ (Youth for Christ) and is taking place in Paris from July 14th through July 22nd.
Tonight there was a concert and tomorrow a picnic, then they hit the streets and the metro to share Christ!
And, here is part of an email that I received explaining more about the event and to ask you for prayer!
[Translation - French is below]
Our heart is to continue to let God grow His heart for France in us through this event and to be tools in His hands. We have the capitol in our heart - to train Christians who desire to go deeper with God (which is why we had the first week of training) and to go prayer for people in the streets and the metro. To bring the Gospel to all those who God will allow us to meet.
We would like to tell all those who have a heart for France to pray for us during these times of evangelism so we can be united with the same heart in prayer and to be used by God to call Paris to Jesus. We also have it in our heart to let God call forth the French to rise up for the glory of God.
Notre coeur à travers cet évènement est de continuer à laisser Dieu faire grandir son coeur pour la France en nous et d'être des instruments entre ses mains. Nous avons à coeur la capitale, de former les chrétiens qui le souhaitent à aller en profondeur avec Dieu (d'où la première semaine de formation) et d'aller prier pour les gens dans la rue, dans le métro. Apporter l'évangile à tous ceux que Dieu nous permettra de rencontrer.
Nous aimerions communiquer et informer à tous ceux qui ont à coeur la France de prier pour nous durant ces périodes d'évangélisations afin d'être uni d'un même coeur dans la prière et d'être des instruments pour Dieu afin d'appeler Paris à Jésus. Egalement nous avons à coeur de laisser Dieu appeler les français à se lever pour la gloire de Dieu.
