Today, the Tour rode through Meensel-Kiezegem in the region of Brabant here in Belgium. Eddy Merckx put his stamp on professional cycling in the late 60's and throughout the 70's. In his career he was victorious 525 times, including five Tour de France. Today at the age of 70 he is still active in the sport and in the business of cycling.
