Is an Italian team sponsored by Liquigas, a bottle gas company. In 2004 they began a cycling team to show the passion and reliability the company embodies. They feel cycling is important for the youth of Italy, so for the last 4 years they have hosted a cycling camp for kids 7 to 12 years old. This year their GC rider Ivan Basso is only 5 minutes out at this point in the race. Yesterday, Basso and Lance rode the last mountain together. Look for the bright blue-green jersey, they will be exciting to watch.
Lord, Team Liquigas has a passion for cycling and good business. I pray that you will turn their passion for cycling into a passion for you. I thank you that they care about the future of cycling in the youth of Italy. I pray too for the youth and children of Italy. Let the little children come to you. I pray that they will hear and become passionate for the gospel of Christ. Thank you for Team Liquigas, bless them as they ride and I pray that they too will become passionate for you. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen
