To those in the Trenches

I pray for you to remain strong.  Trust in our Father to be your strength and guide.  He is working in the trenches, but it is so easy to see the the overwhelming need more then His blessings.  Watch for God this week.  See Him in the trenches and work along side of Him.  It is very easy to take our own path, but we will never see His work when we have our backs turn to what He is doing.  Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning it's shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.  Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Heb. 12:2-3

Lord, keep us strong in you and in what you are doing.  Lord, I find it so easy to become overwhelmed by the need in this world, that I forget to look at all that you are doing.  Lord, you work in each of our lives in very mysterious way.  Thank you for all that you are doing in our world.  Thank you for being in France and moving in hearts.   Continue your work here so that you will be glorified Use us as your hands and feet and remind us to keep our eyes on you so that we can see all that you are doing in, through, and around us.
We pray in the name of Jesus, the author of our faith.
Amen
