Today we begin the tour in a prologue in the city of Liège in the country of Belgium. Liège is a city of near 200,000 people. Pray for our brothers and sisters here in Liège. I am watching the tour as i write and I see the people of Belgium lining the roadway as the cyclist fly through. Philippe Gilbert lives very near here in Liège. Belgium is a country that speaks Flemish, French and German. Pray for the missionaries as they work to learn the languages, so that they can spread the gospel of Christ.
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the nation and people of Belgium. We pray that you will use your church here in Belgium to share your good news. Lord, allow heart's of Belgium and here in Liège to be open to the message of your Word. Open their eyes to see what Jesus has done for all mankind. Let them feel your love and accept your Salvation. We pray in the name of Jesus, your Son. Amen.
