Prince of Peace

Dear Father, 

We bow before you in need of peace.  Peace in the world, in our nations, in our families, and in our hearts. Christ you came as the Prince of Peace.  Lord come  today into our hearts and bring peace into all of our hearts and homes. Bring peace our Lord, into the heart of France.
We pray in the name of Jesus.  Amen. 

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

Desire of nations,

bind In one the hearts of all mankind;
Bid Thou our sad divisions cease,
And be Thyself our King of peace.

 

Rejoice, rejoice! Emanuel
Shall come to thee, O Israel.

Isaiah 26:3

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Lord,

I thank you for my brothers and sisters in Christ here in France.  I thank you for their faithfulness.  I am grateful that they see the need of the lost around them.  Lord, you have promised peace, your perfect peace for those whose mind is stayed on thee.  Lord, I thank you for granting this peace because your word is true.  We can trust in you because you are true, so Lord for all who might be discourage, I ask for peace, for those who are sad, I request your peace.  For those who are overwhelmed with all that needs to be done, I beg for peace.  Lord, thank you for your peace  while you keep our minds on you.  Thank you Father, for your peace named Jesus and for the Holy Spirit who bares the fruit of peace in us.  I pray all these things in the name of Jesus, our peace.  Amen.

Grant us peace.

The Prince of Peace

Isaiah 9:6

It is amazing to see the Prince of Peace come in and take a broken and wounded heart that is filled with anger and hate and make it all clean and filled with love. He brings peace into a world of chaos. He is truly the Prince of Peace.  Pray that the Prince of Peace will be seen in the hearts and homes of France.  Pray that they will see the need for Him to be Lord of their lives.

Father God,

We thank you for providing peace through your son, Jesus Christ.  He is the Prince of Peace and he has left with us His peace.  Lord, I pray that your peace in our lives will be seen in France.  I pray that those who do not have your peace will see the need as you soften their hearts.  Lord, I pray that one day soon this world will be ruled by our Prince of Peace.  In the name of Jesus, our Prince, we pray.  Amen
