Deux Sèvres is the 79 th department and it is named for the two rivers that run through this area. let us pray that the people of Deux Sèvres will be as the psalmist says in Psalms 1:1-31 Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the LORD,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.
Lord, I pray many in Deux Sèvres will delight in your word and meditate on your law day and night. We desire to see many be like the tree planted by streams of water, yielding its fruit in season. Lord,we pray that many will delight in You and in your word and grow in your grace and mercy. Please bring your saving grace to Deux Sèvres. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus. Amen
