Étape 19 Bonneval to Chartres

Today is a 58.5 km time trial.  The riders start in Bonneval in the Centre region and ride to Chartres in the same region.  Chartres is becoming known for its honey.  In Psalms 19  God's word is said to be sweeter then the honey and the honey cone.  Taste and see that the Lord is God. 

 
Lord, as the riders ride in this time trial today we will pray for the people in the Centre region.  Lord, here they make honey and know the sweetness it contains, but Lord we ask that they will soon learn that you are the sweetness in our lives.  Your word is True and your love for us is shown in many ways.  Lord, become sweet to the people of Chartres and in all of the Centre region today.  We pray in the name of Jesus Amen.

Our Lord, we thank you for this time that we have spent together praying for the nation of France. Our time has quickly passed, but what a what an honor to be in your presence on the behalf of the people of France. Bless all who have come to pray. Today Lord we are in the majestic mountains of the Alps and we ask that you open hearts in the villages the tour will move through. Lord, build strong churches for these people to be apart of your bride. We pray for your churches in this region and we ask that they be strengthen and encouraged. Let their lights shine so that others may know you. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Étape 19 - Bordeaux > Pauillac

Sorry for my delay in my post today, but I thank you for praying today.  Bordeaux is a beautiful city with beautiful vineyard in the countryside. 

Lord,

 Thank you for all who prayed for France over the last three weeks.  Thank you for their faithfulness.  Thank you for the answered prayers.  We are blessed by those who shared the gospel message from stage to stage.  Lord, I pray that next year more people will come to France to share the good news from stage to stage and more Bibles, track, balloons, and your love will be shared with all of France.  Thank you Father, for those who heard and believed.  I pray that they will continue to learn more about you and live their lives for your honor and glory.  Thank you for the country of France, and all our brothers and sisters who live and do your will in the nation of France.  I pray all these things in the name of Jesus, our Lord.  Amen
